Terms of service

These terms apply when you or your organization use Worksi AI Control (the “Service”): the website at https://worksi.ai, the web console, and the related APIs, gateway, SDKs and MCP endpoints. The Service is provided by Worksi (worksi.ai), referred to as “we” or “us”. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms for yourself and for the organization you create or join. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Worksi AI Control is a control plane for AI in software applications. An OpenAI‑compatible gateway, SDKs, OpenTelemetry ingestion and MCP endpoints record, analyze and govern the AI activity your applications send to it, and a web console lets you operate it. The features are described on this website and in the documentation. We improve the Service continuously; if we remove a capability that a paid plan relies on, we will tell the owners of affected organizations in advance.

2. Accounts and organizations

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password, API keys and personal access tokens secret. You are responsible for activity carried out with your account and your credentials.
• The person who creates an organization becomes its owner and controls its members and their roles.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Free trial

• Every new organization starts with a 3‑day free trial with Pro plan features. No credit card or other payment details are required.
• Until you confirm your email address, the trial is limited to 1,000 gateway requests and 10,000 traced spans.
• When the trial ends and no plan has been activated, the gateway and telemetry ingestion stop accepting traffic and answer 402 subscription_inactive. You can still sign in, read your data and contact us to choose a plan. Your organization is not deleted when a trial ends.
• We may decline or end trials that look abusive, for example repeated sign-ups to extend a trial.

4. Plans, prices and payment

• Plans, limits and prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price.
• We do not take payments online at the moment. To choose or change a plan, email info@xeoo.io or use Request upgrade in the console. We confirm the plan, billing interval and price with you, arrange payment, and then activate the plan on your organization.
• If a paid period ends without renewal, the subscription becomes past due. Traffic keeps flowing for a 7-day grace period, after which the subscription is canceled and the gateway and ingestion stop accepting traffic.
• When a monthly quota of your plan is reached, the gateway answers 429 plan_quota_exceeded until the next calendar month (UTC) or until a larger plan is activated. We notify organization owners at 80% and 100% of each quota.

5. Your model providers

The gateway forwards your requests to the model providers you configure (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or any OpenAI‑compatible service) with your credentials. Your use of those providers is governed by your agreements with them, and they bill you directly. We never resell or mark up model usage. You are responsible for what you send to your providers and for following their terms and usage policies.

6. Your data

• Customer Data is the data you and your applications send to the Service: prompts and responses, telemetry, configuration, outcomes and the like. It belongs to you. You allow us to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you.
• We handle Customer Data as described in the privacy policy. Capture modes let you decide how much prompt and response content is stored at all.
• Telemetry is kept for your plan’s retention period (14, 30 or 90 days, or as agreed for Enterprise), or for your organization’s shorter setting, and is then deleted. The audit log is kept as a permanent, tamper-evident record.
• You are responsible for having the right to send the data you send, and for pseudonymizing end‑user identifiers.
• You can export your data with the export features of your plan. On request we delete your organization and its data, as described in the privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. It is part of these terms.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, fast and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we do not offer an uptime commitment or service-level agreement unless we have agreed one with you in writing. Support is provided by email at info@xeoo.io; the plan you are on determines the level of support (email, priority email or a dedicated contact).

9. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your organization.
• We may suspend an organization that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, that does not pay for a plan that was activated, or when suspension is needed to protect the Service, other customers or third parties. We tell you why, and where it is reasonable we give you the chance to fix the problem first.
• While an organization is suspended, the gateway and ingestion refuse its traffic.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, SDKs, documentation and brand belong to Worksi. While you have access to the Service, you may use it and its SDKs to operate your own applications and for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. AI-generated output

Diagnoses, recommendations and other automated analysis are produced by deterministic rules and, where enabled, by AI models. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before you act on them; the Service is designed so that risky recovery actions need a person’s decision.

12. Disclaimers and liability

• To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
• To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We publish every new version on this page with a new effective date and notify organization owners by email before material changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
